To move the human race forward — and leave the world better than we found it.
And I believe that evolution begins within.
I thought I was an Electrical Engineer, then became an Industrial & Systems Engineer. Eventually, I realized I had been studying something deeper all along: the human being — and the larger order within which we live, perform and evolve.
But that inquiry began much earlier.
I was born in Mali into the Dogon tradition — a culture carrying an ancient cosmology in which the human being, nature and the heavens belong to a larger order.
Engineering later gave me another language through which to understand:
Energy. Systems. Flow. Interdependence. Order.
As a world-level competitive judoka, and through more than two decades inside demanding Silicon Valley environments, I experienced another dimension of that inquiry: what happens to the human being when capacity meets pressure, ambition and consequence.
Eventually these worlds converged:
Ancestral wisdom. Engineering. Systems thinking. Elite performance. Human development.
What emerged was a conviction that now sits at the center of my work:
Evolution begins within — but it doesn't end there.
As we become more coherent within ourselves, we change what becomes possible through us.
How we love.
How we lead.
How we create.
How we decide.
How we contribute.
What we leave behind.
The work isn't about manufacturing more power. It's about creating the conditions through which the capacity already within you can express itself more coherently.

My methodology is simple. I use a core of Spirit Elements to establish a general baseline for all people. Then I combine assessments and dialogue to accurately frame the individual condition. From there the Spirit Elemental calibration and harmonizing is pretty straight forward.
